Moonshadow Ranch
Is a small boarding facility located in Shadow Hills, a charming neighborhood nested between the 210 and the 5 fwy, minutes from Burbank Airport, Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles. The area is primarily equestrian zoned, one of the last remaining such sections within the City of Los Angeles. Shadow Hills is north of the independent city of Burbank near the western-most portion of the Tujunga Valley, a part of the larger San Fernando Valley which begins just southeast of the Hansen Dam reservoir. There are miles and miles of trails in the dam area, going through creeks of water and ponds, through shrubbery that is nice and shady during the hot summer trail rides.
