Box stalls - 16’ x 16’ with large turn out and storage area $500.00
Large Fully Covered Pipe Stall $460.00
Small Fully Covered Pipe Stall $425.00
Additional Monthly Locker Rental $ 30.00

Locker (one per boarder)
Feeding of Alfalfa or Grain hay (4 flakes per day maximum) AM & PM
Cleaning Daily
Water filled and strained daily, cleaned weekly
Shavings added weekly.
Arena watered and dragged regularly,
(Jumps to be removed regularly for thorough dragging day(s) TBD)
MSR also offers many additional services.
Board is due on the 1st of the month or by arrangements on the 15th each month
A $25 late fee will be charged for all late payments, (5 day grace period applies)
New boarders - A 50% deposit required, to reserve a stall. This amount will be applied to the last month board. (No refunds)
Note: MSR request 30 days advance notice to vacate.
Dogs to be on leash or under owners supervision at all times!
